摘要
目的通过改进外周中心静脉导管(PICC)无针接头的消毒方法,提高消毒效果,减少导管相关性感染的发生率。方法 510例行PICC置管的肿瘤患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用改良的消毒方法消毒无针接头,对照组采用传统的消毒方法。结果研究组静脉炎发生率1.9%,对照组静脉发生率19.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组导管细菌定植率0.4%,对照组为6.0%,两组导管细菌定植比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良无针接头维护方法可明显降低导管相关性感染的发生率。
OBJECTIVE To improve the method for sterilization of needleless connector of PICC in oncology patients,to raise the effect of sterilization,and choose the matched luer-lock device,and to decrease catheter-related infections.METHODS Five hundred and ten oncology patients were randomized to divide into two groups,an experiment group and a control group.The modified methods were adopted in the experiment group while the conventional methods were adopted in the control group.RESULTS The incidence rate of phlebitis in the experiment group was 1.9%,which was obviously lower than that of the control group（19.2%）（P〈0.01）.The catheter colonization rate in the experiment group was 0.4%,which was obviously lower than that of the control group（6.0%）（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The modified methods for the sterilization of needleless connector distinctly can reduce the occurrence of the catheter-related infections.
