摘要
目的:通过查阅文献资料,弄清黄芪炮制历史沿革及现代研究思路。方法:查阅从汉代至今的相关文献,进行归纳整理和分析。结果:黄芪作为药物始载于《神农本草经》,历代的炮制方法丰富,分析整理了古今黄芪的炮制方法对其有效成分和临床疗效的影响,并提出黄芪炮制的现代研究思路,为黄芪炮制的系统研究奠定了基础。结论:黄芪的炮制方法较丰富,生品及蜜炙品至今使用。
Objetive：Through the research of documents, to ascertain the modem research thinking and historical changes of preparation method of Astragalus memeranaceus. Methods ： Consult and classify the documents about A. memer- anaceus in all ages to summarizing and analysising. Result ：The report of preparation of A was first found in Shen Nong＇s Materia Medica. There were many processing methods in ancient. We also analyzes the ancient and mod- em processing method for its effective components and clinical curative effect, and puts forward the ideas of modem study of processing system for A. memeranaceus, laid the foundation for the further study. Conclusion ： There was comparatively rich processing methods of A. memeranacens, so far the use of it was crude and honeyed products.
