摘要
肝素1次雾化吸入1200-1500U/kg治疗慢性肺心病20例。监测血浆肝素10d并查痰内巨噬细胞中着色颗粒。结果表明,肝素有效剂量为1500U/kg,7d1次。此法治疗对伴有高粘滞血症病人尤为适宜。
Twenty patients with chronic cor pulmonale were treated with inhalation of a single dose of hepsrin 1200 or 1500 U/kg. The plasma hepsrin was monitored for 10 d and the macrophages in sputum were examined for colored granules. The results suggest the effective dose 1500 U/kg once a week. This therapy is especially good for those complicated by high bleod viscosity.
