摘要
口岸是一个国家对外交往的门户,是一个地区发展的核心、动力和窗口。通过分析天保口岸在区位、资源、政策三方面的优势并将其与口岸发展现状进行对比,指出天保口岸在基础设施、进出口结构、口岸功能、通关服务以及产业构成等方面存在的问题,并为其进一步发挥对麻栗坡县经济增长贡献力提出相应的对策,以期为相关部门作出决策提供参考。
As the portal to foreign relations, port is the core, driving force and window of any area. After the analysis of the location, research and policy advantages of Tianbao Port and a comparison of these advantages with the general port development status, the paper points out some problems in infrastructure, import and export structure, port function, customs clearance service and industry composition in Tianbao Port, and offers corresponding countermeasures for its further economic contribution to Malipo County, as well as for relevant departments.
