摘要
目前,高校共青团工作依旧存在着一些问题,主要表现在思想政治教育、基层团组织建设、校园文化内涵建设、促进青年学生就业创业、服务青年学生等方面。我们应从根本上转变传统的思维方式、组织方式和活动方式,提高对广大青年的动员组织能力和教育引导能力。创新高校共青团工作的"五大"体系,是增强其教育功能的最佳策略。
At present, the work of Communist Youth League in the University still exists such problems as ideological and political education, the construction of grassroots group, the service for students, and so on. We should change traditional way of thinking, organization and activity fundamentally, enhance the ability of mobilization, education and organization. Innovating five system of the work of the Communist Youth League is the best strategy to strengthen educational function.
