摘要
随着作为电子商务新模式的团购在中国快速兴起,信用问题不可避免的成为其发展的主要障碍。对博弈模型的分析说明了商家失信行为几乎是必然的建议通过尽快出台相关的法律法规,建立高效、统一、权威的信用声誉评价系统等方法以保证团购的信用。
As a new mode of E-Commerce, group buying has been increasingly popular with consumers in China. Inevitably, a major obstacle to its further development is the doubt of reliability. This paper is based on game theory and takes the angles of the sellers and buyers to analyze their choice of trust mode and buying decision, then explores the origin of the problem of reliability and suggests a solution to that.
