摘要
目的探讨在神经外科实习教学中改进教学方法,培养学生的临床思维及解决问题的能力,以适应医学科学的发展及教学体制的转变。方法在神经外科实习教学中引入多媒体案例教学。结果多媒体组的考核成绩明显优于对照组的成绩。多媒体案例教学法得到93.7%同学的赞成。结论多媒体案例教学在神经外科实习教学中的应用充分调动了学生的学习积极性、主动性,培养了综合能力。在教与学两方面提高了教学质量,值得进一步实践和推广。
Objective To discussion on developing the students clinical thinking and problem-solving abilities through improving teaching methods in neurosurgery practice teaching.And to adapt the development of medical science and the transformation of education system.Methods Multi-media case-teaching is adopted in neurosurgery practice teaching.Results The achievements of multi-media group students are obviously better than those of control group students.The application of multi-media case-teaching gets approval from 93.7% of the students in multi-media groupConclusion The application of multi-media case-teaching in neurosurgery practice can sufficiently mobilize the students′ enthusiasm and initiatives,which can improves their integrative abilities.This method can improve the education quality both in teaching or in learning,which is worthy to be put into further practice and popularization.
