摘要
对螺阳电厂220kV螺清线发展性故障情况进行分析,查找短路故障无法快速完全切除的原因。利用实时数字模拟仿真系统(real time digital simulator,RTDS)进行故障波形回放试验,试验表明,CSL-101A型线路保护装置在发展性故障的处理逻辑上存在不足,纵联距离和距离I段等瞬时动作保护元件的确认时间过长,导致故障无法快速完全切除。针对此,提出了改进保护动作可靠性的相应措施。
Evolving faults on 220 kV Luoqing lines of Luoyang power plant is analyzed to search for failure in handling the short trouble in full and at a rapid. Playback experiment on fault waveform is conducted by employment of real time digital simulator (RTDS). The experiment makes it clear that there are disadvantages of CSL-101A line protection in logic for pro- cessing evolving faults; acknowledging time of transient protection action elements, such as pilot distance and one-step distance, is too long. All these mentioned above result in failure to handle the trouble fast and safely. Thereby, relevant measures for reliability improvement on protection action are proposed.
