摘要
以滤纸为模板制备出类似纸状结构的二氧化钛光催化材料之后,用吡咯对二氧化钛纸(TP)进行静止原位复合,制备出修饰过的二氧化钛复合材料(PPy/TP).利用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见光谱仪等对催化剂进行了表征.通过对甲基橙的降解,考察了聚合反应时间及聚吡咯改性对TiO2光催化性能的影响.结果表明:PPy/TP是由PPy改性过的二氧化钛带编制而成,呈类似纸状的结构;经过改性后的二氧化钛纸降低了禁带宽度;在太阳光下,PPy/TP的催化活性明显比TP高,其中聚合时间为40 min的PPy/TP复合物呈现最高催化效率.
TiO2 paper(TP) photocatalysts were prepared using filter paper template.Then PPy/TP compos-ites were synthesized via unstirred in-situ polymerization on TiO2 paper.The characterizations of the sam-ples obtained under different conditions were characterized by FTIR,SEM,X-ray diffractometry,and UV-vis spectroscopy.By the methyl orange degradation,the effect of the polymerization time and PPy modification on the photocatalytic property of PPy/TP was investigated.The results indicated that PPy/TP was paper-like and composed of interwoven modified TiO2 microbelts;the shift of the absorption edge into the visible-light range with the narrowing of the band gap and the photocatalytic efficiency of PPy/TP was higher than that of TP;and PPy/TP-40 had the highest efficiency for the polymerization time of 40 min.
