内皮祖细胞与肿瘤血管的形成 被引量:1

摘要 恶性肿瘤的生长和转移与新生血管的形成密切相关。内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)是一类能增殖并分化为成熟且有功能的血管内皮细胞的前体细胞。多数的研究发现骨髓来源的EPCs参与肿瘤新生血管的形成。EPCs可能成为抗肿瘤治疗新的靶点。现将EPCS与肿瘤血管形成的研究综述如下。1新生血管对肿瘤生长的作用肿瘤的生长可分为无血管期(avascular stage)和血管期(vascular stage)。无血管期肿瘤主要依靠周围组织的弥散来获取营养物质和排泄代谢产物,肿瘤生长较缓慢,
