摘要
目的采用中西医结合方法调节患者免疫功能,探讨口腔扁平苔藓的治疗效果。方法根据患者临床表现,辨证施治,并结合西医方法联合治疗。结果治疗2年后,69例患者中,治愈23例,好转27例,总有效率达72.4%。结论口腔扁平苔藓是一种病因复杂且不确定的疾病,与患者免疫失衡有关,利用中药对机体免疫功能的双向调节作用,免疫平衡得以恢复,并取得较好的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of oral lichen planus.Integrative Medicine regulate immune function method.Methods According to clinical manifestation,Dialectical treatmentcombined with Western medicine methods of combination therapy.Results After two years of treatment,69 patients were cured in 23 cases,improvement in 27 cases,the total efficiency was 72.4%.Conclusion Oral lichen planus is a complex and uncertain etiology of the disease,immune imbalance,use of Chinese medicine on immune function of two-way adjustment,to restore the immune balance,and achieve better clinical efficacy.
