淋巴细胞亚群在重症肌无力患者中的变化及其研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 重症肌无力是抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体介导的、细胞免疫依赖的、补体参与的神经肌肉接头处的自身免疫病,目前认为重症肌无力的发病与针对自身抗原的自身免疫性T淋巴细胞凋亡异常导致机体免疫功能紊乱关系密切[1,2],通过对重症肌无力患者治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群的检测,可对重症肌无力的基础和临床研究提供诊疗思路。
