摘要
目的评价螺旋CT在腰椎间盘突出症诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析60例经临床手术探查证实为腰椎间盘突出症的螺旋CT扫描资料。结果螺旋CT诊断与手术的符合率为96.7%。椎间盘边缘突出限局性软组织影发现率100%,硬膜囊受压移位36例,神经根受压、移位和增粗28例,有椎间盘真空现象者8例。结论螺旋CT能清楚显示腰椎间盘突出及其方向、程度以及硬膜囊、神经根受压情况,对诊断腰椎间盘突出症有较高的价值。
Objective To evaluate spiral CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation value.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases confirmed by clinical surgical exploration of lumbar disc herniation spiral CT scan data.Results Spiral CT diagnosis and surgery was 96.7% compliance.Bureau of the disc edge of prominent soft tissue limited detection rate of 100%,36 cases of dural compression displacement,nerve root compression,displacement and thickening in 28 cases,there were 8 cases of intervertebral disc vacuum phenomenon.Conclusion Spiral CT can clearly show the lumbar disc and its direction,extent,and dural sac,nerve root compression case,the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation has a higher value.
