摘要
目的探讨阴道彩超与腹部彩超诊断异位妊娠的效果。方法本样回顾分析我院2009年10月～2010年9月采用两种彩色多普勒超声检查异位妊娠86例患者临床资料。结果 46例异位妊娠患者经阴道彩超诊断与手术及病理检查比较,符合率93.48%明显高于40例经腹彩超检查77.5%的符合率,经腹彩超误诊、漏诊9例,经阴道彩超误诊3例。结论阴道彩超对异位妊娠早期诊断具有更大的价值。
Objective Inquiring into vagina is colourful super and belly the colourful super diagnosis is different the effect of the gestation.Methods This sample review analyzes October,2009~adopt a different of two kinds of colourful super checks in September,2010 gestation is 86 clinical data to sufferer.Results 46 different gestation sufferer through vagina colourful super diagnosis and surgical operation and pathologic check relatively match to lead 93.48% is more obviously high than 40 check to 77.5%ly match a rate through the colourful super stomach,through stomach colourful super misdiagnosis,leak to diagnose 9,through vagina colourful super misdiagnosis,leak to diagnose 3.Conclusions The vagina is colourful super the gestation diagnosed to have greater value in early days to the difference.
