摘要
根据机械加工车间设备类型探讨设备基础的建造和安装设备的车间地坪问题.对独立基础的尺寸、配筋、基础隔振、设备基础之间或设备基础与建筑物基础之间的位置关系、设备安装固定的方式进行阐述.详细分析了机床的隔振措施及隔振沟的设计,讨论了设备基础的位置关系,并给出了机床的安装固定方法及各种方法适用的范围.
According to machining workshop equipment type, the construction of equipment foundation and workshop floor are discussed. The isolated foundation size.the reinforcing bars, the machine foundation isolation, the position relations between equipment foundation and equipment foundation or equipment foundation and buildings foundation, the way of installing the equipment are elaborated. The vibration isolation measure about the machine and the design of isolation trench is analyzed, the relations between the basis of 1o cation are also discussed. Finally, the ways of installing the equipment and the applicable scope of these ways are given.
