摘要
本文报告我院180例老年急腹症病人的麻醉情况,强调术前准备应以纠正水电解质和酸碱平衡失调及抗休克为重点。选择对生理干扰少、麻醉效果确实的方法和药物,以最少的药物剂量达到最佳麻醉效果。术中麻醉处理的关键是维持循环稳定、防止缺氧以及心律失常的发生。
The performing states of anesthesia on 180 cases of senile patients with acute abdomen in our hospital are reported.Correcting water-electrolytes,acid-base imba- lance and antishock should be highly important during preoperative preparations.The anesthetic ways and drugs which less interfere with physiological functions and those effects are mere practical should be chosen in order to achieve the best result of anesthesia with the drug of small dosage.The key to the anesthctic management during the operation is to keep circulation stabilization and to prevent occuring of oxygen deficit and arrhythmia.
