摘要
分析炉缸温度异常的原因,发现炉缸温度异常与高炉工作状况、操作制度、冷却制度有关,针对产生炉缸温度异常的不同原因采取相应的解决办法,确保了高炉的稳定生产并延长高炉寿命,并结合安钢生产实例,对炉缸温度异常做出判断并给出解决方案。
It was found that abnormal hearth temperature rise was related with BF running situation, operating system and eooling system through analyzing the reasons of abnormal hearth temperature rise . After carrying out some measures, it ensured stable BF production and long BF service. It judged reasons and provided the resolving measures combined with produetion practice in Anyang Steel.
