摘要
本文介绍了在胆道手术中应用双腔T型管胆道引流,该方法优于普通T型管行总胆管引流法。特别是对于电解质紊乱的预防、消化功能的恢复、减少胆道感染效果明显,对长期不能拔除T型管患者应用双腔T型管引流尤为重要。
From July 1985 to Dec.1987,satisfactory results have been obtained by using double-channel T-tube drainage in operation of biliary tract.The application can provide more evidence especially for precaution against electrolyte disorder, recovery of digestive function,and lessening the infection rate of biliary tract.The authors stress the importance of using double-channel Ttube for those who can pull out the ordinery T-tube for along time.
