摘要
目的评价Devine法治疗小儿隐匿阴茎的疗效。方法采用Devine法治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎45例（其中重度17例，中度28例）。结果45例患儿手术均获成功，无神经、尿遭等损伤。术后随访3，9个月，阴茎外观满意。结论Devine术治疗隐匿阴茎具有操作简单、疗效满意、并发症少等优点，可作为隐匿阴茎的首选术式。
Objective To evaluate the results of Devine technique for the repair of concealed penis. Methods Devine technique was applied to 45 children with concealed penis. Results All the cases were successful without injury of nerve or urethra. Conclusion Devine technique can be the first option to treat concealed penis because it is easy to be handled with satisfactory effect and less complications.
