摘要
为探讨中草药结合葡萄糖对断奶仔猪多系统消耗综合征(PMWS)的治疗效果,在确诊感染猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)的3个猪场内,挑选888头(A场288头、B场300头、C场300头)PCV2阳性断奶仔猪,随机分为6组:中草药+30%葡萄糖组、西药+30%葡萄糖组、中草药组、西药组、30%葡萄糖组和空白对照组。各组于处理20 d后开始统计结果。结果表明:中草药+30%葡萄糖对PMWS有明显的治疗效果,总有效率高达90.57%;西药+30%葡萄糖组对PMWS的总有效率为79.73%;中草药组、西药组以及30%葡萄糖组对PMWS总有效率分别为87.87%、68.92%及64.87%;而空白对照组的自愈率为52.03%。从而表明中草药结合葡萄糖对治疗PMWS有明显效果。
To study the treatment effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with glucose on postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome（PMWS）,a total of 888 piglets infected by PCV2（288 pigs from farm A,300 pigs from farm B,300 pigs from farm C） were selected from three farms and randomly divided into six groups,Chinese herbal medicine with 30% glucose group,western medicine with 30% glucose group,Chinese herbal medicine group,medicine group,30% glucose group and the control group.After 20 days treated,the results were analyzed statistically.The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine 30% combined with 30% glucose were significantly effective on PMWS,the total effective rate up to 90.57%.However for western medicine combined with 30% glucose group the total effective rate was only 79.73%.The total effective rates of single Chinese herbal medicine group,western medicine group,and 30% glucose group were 87.87%,68.92%,and 64.87%,respectively.While the self-healing rate of control group was only 52.03%.The results demonstrated that Chinese herbal medicine combined with 30% glucose has a marked effect on the treatment of PMWS.
