摘要
针对目前数字量输入电能表误差等级的争论,本文从其电能计量的原理出发,分析了目前有争议的几种误差来源,指出波形误差、同步误差与量化误差不是数字量输入电能表的误差组成。分析结果与试验结果表明在不考虑网络异常的情况下,单纯的数字量输入电能表的电能计量误差几乎为0,数字量输入电能表作为1类关口表时,不适合以0.2S级为其误差指标。
Considering the debates in the accuracy class issue of digital interface electricity meter(DIEM),the contro-versial error sources of DIEM are analyzed in this paper based on its electric energy measurement principle.It is pointed out that waveform error;synchronization error and quantization error are not the components of the measurement error of DIEM.The analysis and experiment results show that the electric energy measurement error of DIEM is almostzero ignoring the networks error,and it's not suitable to calibrate DIME by accuracy class 0.2S,when it is used asclass(?) gateway meter.
