摘要
在机械加工中,螺纹连接、螺纹传动被广泛应用,文章通过多年实践经验总结出在车削螺纹工序,利用车床处理螺纹引扣、尾扣及牙顶毛刺的加工要领;优化生产工艺,为螺纹车削加工提供更大的利润空间、更好的质量保证的同时大大降低工人劳动强度。
The author summed up by many years of experience in turning threaded process, the use of lathe processing thread cited buckle, tail and teeth buckle top burr processing essentials; optimize the production process, turning the screw to provide greater profit margins, better quality assurance at the same time greatly reduce the labor intensity.
