摘要
根据美国著名管理学家R.S.Kaplan和D.P.Norton提出的平衡记分卡和战略地图,解析客户和组织战略目标之间的关系。从高校战略管理的视角出发,提出高校网站必须与高校战略相策应,并论述基本实现思路。提出覆盖内容、性能和效用3个维度的以高校客户为中心的高校网站评价体系框架。
This paper analyzes the relationships between customers and organization strategic objectives based on the Balanced Scorecard and the Strategy Map proposed by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, famous US scholars of management science. From the perspective of university strategic management, the paper proposes that the university website must be supported by the university strategy and then discusses the basic implementation ideas. Finally, the paper presents a customer-oriented university website evaluation system framework, which consists of 3 dimensions, that is, content, performance and effectiveness.
