摘要
目的:观察中药扶正汤对狼疮性肾炎的治疗作用。方法:观察23例扶正汤联合糖皮质激素及18例单纯糖皮质激素治疗狼疮性肾炎患者治疗前、治疗2周、4周、8周后24h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐的变化及临床症状的改善与副反应的发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗后较对照组24h尿蛋白有明显下降(P<0.01)、尿素氮有明显下降(P<0.05),肌酐两组间无显著差异。治疗组较对照组临床症状的改善明显,不良反应发生率低。结论:扶正汤对糖皮质激素治疗狼疮性肾炎有明显的协同作用。
Objective： To observe Fuzheng Decoction＇s adjuvant effects in glucocorticoid therapy of lupus nephritis. Methods： By comparing the curative and adverse effects between 18 patients treated with glucocorticoid only and 23 patients treated with glucocorticoid and Fuzheng Decoction. Indices include 24-hour-urine-protein, serum urea nitrogen and serum creatinine. Time points include -0, 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment. Results： Fuzheng Decoction reduced 24-hour-urine-protein and serum urea nitrogen levels significantly （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）; whereas, serum creatinine levels were not significantly changed. Fuzheng Decoction also helped to relieve the clinical symptoms and reduced the adverse effects. Conclusions： Fuzheng Decoction is a good adjuvant in glucocortlcoid therapy of lpusnephretis.
