摘要
高速列车的测速测距系统是保障列车运行安全的关键要素。滤波算法的建模和分析是构建测速测距系统的一个重要前提。通过对列车测速传感器的工作原理以及观测方法进行分析,分别建立了基于卡尔曼滤波的等速模型和等加速模型,并在Matlab中对两种模型的滤波特点进行了仿真分析。同时初步探讨了适用于高速列车的多传感器融合策略。对实验室数据和现场采集数据的分析验证了两种滤波模型的有效性及各自特点。滤波模型的仿真分析与多传感器融合策略的研究为测速测距系统的开发提供了依据。
Speedometer and odometer are crucial safeguards for train operation.The modeling and analysis of filtering algorithm are desired for speed and distance measurement.By analyzing the principle and observation method of speed sensors,the Kalman filter-based constant-speed and constant-acceleration models are constructed.And the simulation and analysis of above filtering models is carried out in Matlab.A multi-sensor data fusion strategy suitable for high-speed trains is also presented.The effectiveness and characters of two filtering models are verified by the analysis of both laboratory and field data.The simulation and analysis of the filtering models and multi-sensor data fusion strategy are helpful for the development of speed and distance measurement system.
