摘要
锡林河流域在我国北方典型草原区具有代表性,已探明的煤炭储量1393亿t,居内蒙古自治区第二,已展现国家能源基地雏形。工业用水的快速增长加剧了水资源供需平衡的矛盾,水资源已成为制约该地区生态和社会经济健康发展的重要因素。本文在锡林河流域水资源评价和开发利用现状调查分析结果的基础上,预测流域2015年、2020年和2030年需水状况;并针对流域水资源供需平衡中存在的问题,通过该地区的水资源开发利用潜力分析,提出解决水资源短缺的对策与建议。
The Xilin River Basin is a representative area of the typical grass in northern China.The quantity of proved reserves of coal is about 139.3 billion ton,which is the second in Inner Mongolia.This region has been unfolded in embryo of the national energy base.The contradiction of water supply and demand is being aggravated by the increasing of industrial water,so that the limited water resources has became the resitricted factor for development of ecological environment and social economy.The article predicted the quantity of water demand in 2015,2020 and 2030 on the basis of water resources assessment and survey of exploitation and utilization status quo in Xilin River Basin.According to the problem of water resources supply and demand,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to solve water shortage through analyzing the potential of water resources exploitation and utilization.
