摘要
针对都市水供给在输送过程中会产生二次污染问题,进行了以下研究:利过传感器测定自来水中活性氯浓度;利过酸度计电路测定次氯酸浓度;利用温度传感器获取消毒液温度的数据。接着采用无线通讯模块实现数据的分析处理与信号的转换发送。根据中央接收系统接收的信号,由氯添加系统调整有效氯的添加比例,同时测试系统中简易的加液和紫外线消毒系统完成二次污染的实时控制。结合各个模块设计了系统软件,建立了系统测量模型。在实验室对系统软硬件进行现场模拟,结果表明测量精确度与系统对次氯酸浓度控制达到了设计要求。
During the conveying process of water supply for urban,secondary pollution can be produced.For solving this problem,the following research was conducted.The concentration of active chlorine in tap water was determined by a sensor,and the HClO concentration determined by acidity plan circuit.The temperature data of disinfection solution were obtained by the temperature sensor.Furthermore,data analysis and processing and the signal conversion and send were realized using wireless communication module.According to the signals received by the central receiving system,the effective chlorine add ratio was adjusted by adding system.Meanwhile,add fluid and ultraviolet disinfection system accomplished the real-time control of the secondary pollution.The system software was designed according to each module,and the system measurement model was established.The on-site simulation experiments of system hardware and software showed that the control system could meet the designed requirements.
