摘要
研究了有机物对CLST陶瓷流延浆料性能的影响。结果表明:体积比为1:3的乙醇与氮-氮二甲基甲酰胺为混合溶剂对粉料的湿润性能最好,以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)为粘结剂,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,蓖麻油为分散剂配制了CLST陶瓷流延浆料。当w(分散剂)为0.8%,w(粘结剂)为8%,固相体积分数为50%,R(增塑剂:粘结剂)为0.6时,浆料流变性能良好,浆料黏度在3500mPa.s左右。
Influences of CLST ceramics slurry performance doped organic matter were investigated.Slurry for tape casting CLST ceramics was prepared using the anhydrous ethanol and DBP Dibutyl Phthalate(volumeratio of 1:3) as mixed solvent,which the wetting capacity of mixed organic solutions on the powders is good.And poly vinyl butyral(PVB),dibutyl phthalate and castor oil were used as binder,plasticizer and dispersant respectively.The effects of solid phase volume fraction and each organic additives amouts on the rheological behaviors of slurry were studied.The results show that the rheological behaviors are well with slurry viscosity of about 3500 mPa·s when w(dispersant) is 0.8 %,w(binder) is 8 %,the solid phase volume fraction is 50 %,and the R(plasticizer : binder) is 0.6.
