摘要
从代议制政府内在张力的视角审视J.S.密尔的《代议制政府》经典论述,阐述其对代议制内在张力的见解,重温J.S.密尔从功利主义的观点出发对代议制内在张力所作的积极调适。
The classical argument of J. S. Mill＇s Representative Government is discussed from the perspective of representative government＇s inner tension. The active adjustment to inner tension made by Mill from the point of utilitarianism is reviewed.
