摘要
目的研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）对急性脑卒中患者血压及心电图改变的影响。方法将200例急性脑卒中患者根据睡眠呼吸监测的结果分为OSAS组（轻度、中度、重度，共155例）和非OSAS组（45例）。所有患者进行24h动态血压及心电图监测，对监测结果比较分析。结果OSAS患者的高血压、心律失常的发生率均明显高于非OSAS组（P〈0．05），其血压多呈非勺型。结论OSAS可加重高血压病和心律失常的程度及危险性。
Objective To investigate the effect of sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS） on blood pressure and ECG changes of patients with acute stroke. Methods According to the results of monitoring sleep apnea, 200 cases of acute stroke patients were divided into OSAS group （ mild, moderate, severe, 155 cases） and non - OSAS group （45 cases）. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure and electro- cardiogram were monitored in all patients, and the monitoring results were comparatively analyzed. Results Incidence of hypertension, arrhythmia in OSAS group were significantly higher than that in non - OSAS group （P 〈 0.05） , mostly the blood pressure was non - dipper. Conclusions OSAS may increase the degree and risk of hypertension and cardiac arrhythmia.
