摘要
根据新农村建设对创新人才的能力要求,农业院校应构建创新人才培养体系,包括以"农科背景+综合学科"为特色的课程体系、以"农业龙头企业"为依托的实践体系、以"教育信息化"为基础的支撑体系和以"多方兼顾"为原则的评估体系,树立"服务三农"的教育理念,培育"以农为本"的办学特色,坚持"综合集成"的教学方法,开拓"产学研合作"的培养模式,遵循"整体最优"的管理原则。
In accordance with the requirement of the New Rural Construction on the innovative talents,the innovative talent training system in the agricultural colleges and universities should be set up,which consists of a curriculum system characterized by ＂agri-background ＋ comprehensive disciplines＂,a practice teaching system supported by ＂flagship agri-companies＂,a supportive system based on ＂education informationization＂,and an evaluative system with the principle of ＂multi-party consideration＂.To construct the above system,we should stick to the conception of ＂serving the agriculture,rural areas and farmers＂,the university education feature of ＂agriculture-based＂,the teaching methodology of ＂comprehensiveness and integration＂,the training mode of ＂production,education and research cooperation＂,and the management principle of ＂optimized entirety＂.
