摘要
目的编制军队医学院校大学生幸福感影响因素量表,探讨影响军队医学院校大学生主观幸福观的因素。方法采用质性研究和量性研究结合的方法,分析军队医学院校大学生主观幸福感的影响因素。编制相应的幸福感影响因素量表,进行实证研究以检验量表的信效度。结果军队医学院校大学生主观幸福感影响因素量表公因子累积贡献率为57.21%,总量表α系数为0.918,分半信度为0.807,分量表内部一致性α系数为0.747～0.899,信效度较好。影响军队医学院校大学生主观幸福感的因素主要为负性情绪、自我效能、家庭、爱情、休闲、学习。结论军队医学院校大学生主观幸福感受到军校管理制度、军人信念和生活方式的影响,具有人群特异性。
Objective To develop a subjective well-being（SWB） scale for students of the military medical university,and to explore the factors related to SWB.Methods Qualitative and quantitative research methods were integrated to analyze the factors related to SWB in this study.SWB scale was developed to test the reliability and validity through an empirical study.Results The cumulative contribution to the common factors of the SWB scale for students of military medical university was 57.21%.It＇s internal consistency coefficient was 0.918 and split-half reliability was 0.807,with subscale＇s internal consistency coefficient between 0.747-0.899.The scale had a good reliability and validity.The main influencing factors of students＇ SWB of military medical schools were ＂negative emotion＂,＂self-efficacy＂,＂family＂,＂love＂,＂leisure＂ and ＂learning state＂.Conclusion The Students＇ SWB in military medical schools is affected by military management system,military beliefs and way of life,with a population specificity.
