摘要
介绍了一种基于MSP430单片机的RLC测量仪的设计与实现。测量仪采用MSP430单片机为中心控制器,用未知元件(R,L,C)与基准电阻串联作为一个半桥,MDAC TLC7524作为另一个半桥,MSP430单片机控制DDS芯片AD9851产生频率可调的驱动信号驱动这两个并联的半桥,通过单片机调节MDAC构造两个半平衡条件,中心控制器再通过半平衡时MDAC值计算出所测元件参数。
A design and realization of measurement of R,L and C based on MSP430 is introduced. The 16-bit microcontroller MSP430 is used as the central controller. The unknown element( inductor, capacitor or resistor)which is in series with a benchmark resistor forms one-half of bridge,while a MDAC (multiplying digital-to-analog converter) serves as the other half. DDS AD9851 controlled by MSP430 produces driving signal with adjustable frequency to the two bridges in parallel. MCU sets the MDAC at the two quasi-equilibrium conditions. Then MCU calculates the parameters of R,L or C by the values of MDAC.
