射波刀CT引导下穿刺临床操作

摘要 主动追踪使射波刀在肝、肺等部位早期肿瘤、转移瘤等肿瘤放疗中具有相对优势,金标追踪是上述部位主动追踪的主要方式。CT引导下穿刺质量是金标追踪优势的重要保障。CT引导下穿刺的优劣也将直接决定治疗效果的好坏。因此,掌握CT引导下穿刺操作方法对于射波刀治疗的普及和保证射波刀治疗的疗效具有重要意义。我们总结天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院CT引导下穿刺活检和金标植入临床操作的步骤、注意事项、并发症处理等临床经验,以期与各射波刀中心交流分享。
