摘要
目的分析70岁以上老年肺癌患者的手术适应证和围手术期处理,探讨提高治疗效果的方法。方法回顾性分析自2002年3月至2009年9月的105例老年肺癌手术患者的临床资料。结果 105例中无手术中死亡,手术切除率100%。术后并发症的出现率为30.5%,围手术期死亡率为2.9%,死亡的主要原因是呼吸衰竭和循环衰竭。结论 70岁以上的老年肺癌仍应积极手术治疗,严格的手术适应证选择和有效的围手术期管理对提高老年肺癌患者的手术疗效具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate surgical indication and perioperative management for elderly patients over 70 with lung cancer,and to explore the methods for improving therapeutic efficacy.Methods The clinical data of 105 elderly patients over 70 with lung cancer undergoing radical operation from March 2002 to September 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no operative death and the surgical resection rate was 100%.Postoperative complication rate was 30.5%,perioperative mortality rate was 2.9%.The main causes of death during perioperative period were respiratory failure and circulatory failure.Conclusions Elderly patients over 70 with lung cancer should undergo surgical therapy.Strict surgical indications and effective perioperative management are the most important measures to improve the survival rate of elderly patients with lung cancer.
