摘要
目的观察复方苦参注射液联合热疗治疗恶性腹水的疗效。方法确诊为恶性腹水的患者共136例,分成两组,A组腹腔注入复方苦参注射液40 ml,联合应用热疗。B组单独应用热疗。比较两种处理方法对腹水消失的影响有无差别。结果治疗6次后,两组腹水消失的完全缓解率差异有显著性(P<0.05),A组优于B组。讨论复方苦参注射液联合热疗对消除恶性腹水有一定的促进作用,值得进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound Kushen injection plus heat therapy for treatment of ascites caused by malignant tumors.Methods A total of 136 cases who had been diagnosed as having ascites caused by malignant tumors were assigned to receive compound Kushen injection plus heat therapy（group A,n=84） or heat therapy alone（group B,n=52）.After 6 times of therapy,the efficacy for ascites was compared.Results There was significant difference between the two groups in efficacy for ascites（P0.05）,with group A showing better improvement than group B.Conclusion compound Kushen injection plus heat therapy can enhance the reduction of the amount of ascites caused by malignant tumors,and is worthy of popularization.
