摘要
目的探讨根管治疗中六手操作护理配合与交叉感染控制的关系。方法随机选择口腔门诊进行上颌第一磨牙根管治疗的患者100例分成两组,进行六手操作医护配合50例为实验组,常规医护配合50例作为对照组,观察医院感染的情况对比。结果实验组好于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六手操作护理配合对交叉感染控制有良好的作用,可控制医院感染的发生率。
Objective To investigate the relation in sixhanded technique assorted nursing and cross infection control.Methods To select 100 patients of root canal therapy on the first molar in department of stomatology,the treatment group treated by fourhanded technique assorted nursing were 50 cases,control group treated by usual care were 50 cases,observing contrast correlation of hospital infection.Results The treatment group was better than control group in hospital infection（P0.05）.Conclusion There was satisfactory effect in cross infection control with sixhanded technique assorted nursing,incidence rate of hospital infection can be controlled.
