摘要
p120连环蛋白(p120 ctn)是新近发现的一种连环蛋白,目前的研究显示在多种恶性肿瘤中均发现p120 ctn有异常表达。p120 ctn已逐渐被证实与肿瘤的转移过程密切相关,但对p120 ctn在肿瘤中的作用尚有一定争议,大多数学者认为p120 ctn是肿瘤抑制因子;但也有些人认为它是肿瘤转移的促进因子。现就p120 ctn分子机制的研究进展及它在恶性肿瘤发生、发展中的可能作用进行综述。
p120-catenin（p120ctn）is a newly-found member of catenins.Some researches showed that the p120ctn had abnormal expression in many kinds of malignant tumors.The p120ctn had already been confirmed to play an important role in the process of metastasis of the malignant tumors,but there was still controversy in the function of p120ctn in the tumors.Here is to review the current study of the molecular mechanism of p120ctn and its possible function in the malignant tumors.
