摘要
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是基因表达变化的重要调控者。生理状态下,miRNAs调控心肌细胞分化、心脏形态的形成及心肌细胞凋亡。病理状态下,心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化、心力衰竭及心律失常的发生发展均与miRNAs调控有关。一系列miRNAs参与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的多个病理过程,在冠心病的发生发展中扮演重要角色,其深入机制研究将对冠心病的诊断及治疗产生重要意义。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a kind of noncoding RNAs which modulates gene expression.Under physiological conditions,miRNAs have been found to be involved in myocardial cell differentiation,formation of heart,and cell apoptosis.In pathological process,microRNAs are linked to myocardial hypertrophy,myocardial fibrosis,heart failure and arrhythmias.A series of miRNAs are involved in pathological progress of coronary heart disease and play pivotal roles in the development of the disease.It has diagnostic and prognostic value to exploit the detail mechanism of miRNAs in coronary heart disease.
