摘要
心肌重构与多种心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关,是一种复杂的病理过程,其发病机制迄今尚未完全阐明。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一类锌、钙依赖性的蛋白水解酶家族,是细胞外基质降解的主要介质,MMPs的正常表达及MMPs/组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMPs)比例适当是维持心肌胶原纤维、心脏结构正常的重要因素。近年来研究表明,基质金属蛋白酶参与多种心血管疾病的发生、发展。检测MMPs可能作为一种诊断心血管疾病的非侵入性手段。某些药物及MMPs抑制剂可以阻断MMPs的功能,为心血管疾病新药的研发提供了新的理论基础。
Myocardial remodelling is closely related to the development of multiple cardiovaseular diseases,with complex pathophysiology and elusive pathogenesis.The matrix metalloproteinases,a proteinase family which is relied on zinc and calcium,is primary mediator to degrade the extracellular matrix.The normal expression of matrix metalloproteinases and a appropriate MMPs/ TIMPs(tissue inhibitors of the matrix metalloproteinases)ratio are important factors to maintain myocardial collage fibers and natural cardiac structure.Recent studies showed that MMPs took part in the genesis and development of many cardiovascular diseases.Detecting MMPs maybe a non-invasive method diagnosing cardiovascular diseases.Many drugs and MMPs inhibitor can inhibit the function of MMPs,which will provide the new theory basis for new drug development.
