摘要
新能源产业对世界经济和产业结构调整具有重要意义,发展新能源产业已经成为全球关注的焦点。美国、欧盟和日本等发达国家积极出台相关政策支持本国新能源产业发展,并取得成效。大力发展新能源产业,是中国解决能源环境问题、履行对国际社会承诺的重要突破之一。目前,发展新能源产业已经上升到国家战略层面,我国将坚持系统谋划、节能优先、循环利用、绿色低碳、安全持续的新能源发展路线,形成可持续的能源资源体系,以保障我国能源资源的有效供给和高效利用。
New energy industry is of great significance to the development of the world economy and industrial restructuring and has become the focus of global attention. U.S., EU, Japan and other developed countries have designed supportive policies to boost the introduction of the new energy-related industries, with substantial results. Development of new energy industry will address energy and environmental problems in China, help to fulfill the commitment to the international community. At present, China＇s new energy industry has become the strategic task for the country. China will follow the road map of systematic planning that is energy efficient, green recycling, low carbon, safe and sustainable so as to form the sustainable new energy system which will ensure the secure supply and effective utilization of energy resources.
