用电信息采集系统的建设,是实现智能电网的高级计量架构的基础平台和核心支撑。介绍了国家电网公司用电信息采集系统的建设背景、定义、物理架构、主要功能和采集终端,重点讨论了上海地区的电力用户用电信息采集系统的现状、低压集中抄表系统建设方案,以及电力用户用电信息采集系统的应用前景。
The construction of power usage information acquisition system （PUIAS） is a basic foundation and core support to carry out advanced metering architecture of smart grid. The construction background, defini- tion, physical architecture, major functions and acquisition terminals of State Grid PUIAS are presented, focusing on discussing the current situation of PUIAS in Shanghai, construction scheme of low-voltage central- ized meter-reading system, and application prospect of PUIAS.
