摘要
目的:观察中医化浊解毒、健脾益气法对艾滋病前期的临床疗效。方法:对经CDC确认的艾滋病前期患者29例,给予化浊解毒、健脾益气法治疗6月,治疗前后主要观察患者症状体征积分,生活质量,CD4+计数的变化。结果:治疗后患者症状体征积分下降,其中显效16例,有效9例,无效4例,有效率86.2%。表明治疗能够减轻患者症状体征,改善生存质量,稳定患者的免疫功能。结论:化浊解毒、健脾益气法对减轻临床症状体征,提高生存质量,稳定患者免疫功能等方面有一定作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment methods of eliminating evils for detoxification as well as activating the spleen and supplementing qi on AIDS in earlier stage.Methods： 29 AIDS patients of earlier stage identified by CDC were treated with the methods of eliminating evils for detoxification as well as activating the spleen and supplementing qi.Symptom scores,quality of life and CD4＋ count changes of patients were observed before and after the treatment.Results： After treatment,symptom scores of patients decreased,including 16 markedly effective cases,9 effective cases and 4 ineffective cases with an effective rate of 86.2%.Indicated that TCM treatment could relieve symptoms and signs,improve quality of life and stabilize immune function of patients.Conclusion： TCM treatment methods of eliminating evils for detoxification as well as activating the spleen and supplementing qi have shown certain effects in relieving symptoms and signs,improving quality of life and stabilizing immune function of patients
