摘要
通过对德士古水煤浆气化装置的设计、运行以及检修阶段的分析,指出影响气化装置长周期运行的因素,并重点提出了应对的措施,使气化装置的运行周期取得质的突破。在陕西渭河煤化工集团有限责任公司德士古水煤浆气化装置进行实际应用,取得良好效果。
With the design,operation of Texaco coal slurry gasification plant and the analysis carried out during the plant maintenance stage the factors affecting a long-term running of the plant are indicated and the counter-measures highlighted;all these have made the operation cycle achieve a qualitative breakthrough.The actual application to the said plant has acquired a good effect.
