摘要
为了确定隔离布防护转基因水稻基因漂流效果,设计了隔离布防护措施的田间试验,研究防护区内、外水稻冠层上方的风速分布特征。结果表明,背风面不同风向角的1m高度风速变化规律基本相同,1~2.5H(H为隔离布高度,2m)区域内风速降低幅度最大;其次是2.5~5H区域内,而在5~10H区域内风速降低幅度相对较小;随着风向角的增大,风速降低幅度有所减小。迎风面不同风向角的1m高度风速在2.5H处风速降低幅度最大,为60%~70%。隔离区内1m高度风速整体减小,越靠近隔离布,风速减小越明显。因此,隔离布防护风障降低隔离区内外风速明显,可有效缩短转基因水稻花粉扩散距离。
In order to fix the effect of gene flow of transgenic rise,the author designed a field experiment using isolated cloth ' s protection and researched the windspeed distribution in the top of canopy in and out the protected region.The results showed that on the leeward the change law of windspeed in different wind angle of 1 m high seems basally the same,in 1-2.5 H(H meaned the height of isolated cloth,2 m) windspeed reduction within the region the most,followed 2.5-5 H region,and in the 5-10 H windspeed reduction within the region relatively small;with the wind angle increases,the wind speed decreased slightly lower level.On the windward side,1 m high windspeed in different wind angle reduced the maximum at 2.5 H,up to 60%-70%.The isolated region as a whole was reduced 1 m high wind speed,windspeed distribution was smaller closer to isolated cloth and larger in the middle of isolated plot.Thus the isolated cloth protection could obviously reduce the windspeed inside and outside the isolate area and effectively reduced the spread of pollen from the transgenic rice.
