摘要
对工业窑炉节能减排的技术进行研究,并加以优化,实现企业生产中工业窑炉能耗和污染的可控性,主要解决窑型和窑体结构的优化、新型节能烧(喷)嘴的研制和燃烧系统优化、典型窑炉的能耗模型的建立等问题,研制低能耗、低污染的生产控制及其管理系统。
On the reseach for the energy conservation and emission reduction technology of the industrial furances,and opotimizing it to realize the control of the industrial furnaces energy consumption and pollutionj in the enterprise production process.The main tasks are to solve the furnace model and opotimizing furnace structure,the developing of newly energy conservation nozzle and burning system opotimization,and the establisment of typical furnace energy consumption model,therefore,developed producing control and management system with low energy consumption and pollution.
