摘要
分析了柴油机气缸密封性检测对提高柴油机工作可靠性的重要意义,介绍了气缸密封性检测理论。提出了在柴油机倒拖条件下采用蓄电池起动功率与活塞上止点信号相结合的检测方法,实现了气缸密封性快速、便利检测。试验结果表明,此方法可准确定位故障气缸,反应灵敏,适合在线检测气缸密封性。
The importance of cylinder sealing inspection for improving engine working reliability was analyzed and the principle of inspecting cylinder sealing was introduced.The inspection method of combining the battery-starting power and TDC signal under the conditions of dragging was put forward.The rapid and convenient inspection of cylinder sealing was realized.The results show that the method can position the cylinder with the leakage accurately and has better sensitivity.Accordingly,the method is suitable for the on-line inspection of cylinder sealing.
