摘要 上皮特异性黏附分子(epithelial cell adhesion molecule,EpCAM)是一种单次跨膜蛋白,参与Wnt信号转导通路,调控靶基因转录,与细胞的黏附、迁移、增殖、分化等有关。EpCAM的表达与肿瘤的进展及预后相关,可作为肿瘤靶向治疗的一个靶点。 Epithelial cell adhesion molecule（EpCAM） is a single transmembrane protein.EpCAM regulates cell adhesion,migration,proliferation and differentiation through control the transcription of targeting genes,which is involved in Wnt pathway.The expression of EpCAM is related to the progress and prognosis of many cancers,and it may be a potential site for targeted therapy.
