摘要
目的:通过了解目前中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的文献研究质量,为进一步总结中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的证治规律奠定基础。方法:检索1989—2010年维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)中的中医内治法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床文献,依据国际Cochrane协作网Cochrane手册的评价指标进行分析评价。结果:共获得242篇纳入文献。结论:目前中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的文献资料证据级别较低;中医辨证论治欠规范有待完善。
Objective ： Based on understanding the research quality of the traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） to ulcerative colitis literature, in order to lay a good foundation for further summarizing the law of diagnosis and treatment of the TCM to ulcerative colitis . Methods ： We can retrieve the clinical literature of the TCM to ulcerative colitis one by one through using the databases of VIP （ 1989----2010 ）, and we can analyze and appraise the clinical literature according to the standard of the Cochrane Manual of Intemational Cochrane Network . Results ： There are 242 literature to meet the requirements. Conclusions ： Currently, levels of the TCM to ulcerative colitis documentary evidence are lower; the TCM treatment which Lacks criterion based on syndrome differentiation needs to improve.
