在中国,变化的市场特性对个人生活机遇的影响越来越重要,一场金融风暴可以使无数人的工作发生巨变,而股价的点滴变化也可以使个人理财的结构和个人生活引起大变;但国家对个人的生活机遇的影响也不会减少,只是不再像计划经济时期那样简单直接,就从制度学派的理论出发,国家的一项政策改变可以影响到个人生活机遇。
In China,changes in market characteristics more and more influences individual.A financial crisis can make a dramatic change on many people＇s work,the bit changes of stock price also makes great changes on the structure of personal finance and personal lives.But the impact of the state to individual＇s life chances will not reduce,it will not no longer be straightforward as the planned economy period,from the school system＇s theory,the state of a policy change can affect individual life chances.
